Terms and Conditions

All orders to all customers are only accepted and processed according to the following conditions. The client (customer) accepts these conditions when placing an order. The Client declares to be of age or, in the case of a minor, to have agreements countersigned by one of his/her parents or guardian(s).

1. Liability
B&Vmedia BV/Custom Decks cannot be held liable in any way for damage that occurs before, during or after using the articles supplied by Custom Decks, this concerns any damage to materials, people and/or animals, including all possible forms of injuries, regardless of the method of use.
B&Vmedia BV/Customdecks is not liable for any color differences between the monitor and reality
B&VMedia BV/Customdecks is not liable for production errors that can be traced back to the supplied material
B&VMedia BV/Customdecks is not liable for all types of breakages in the deck.

2. Image Rights
The customer warrants that he/she has all copyrights and other rights regarding supplied images. B&Vmedia BV/Custom Decks can never be held liable or liable in any way for this. Files supplied by the customer are only used for the agreed assignment between B&V Media BV/Custom Decks and customer. B&Vmedia BV/Custom Decks does nothing with the image files supplied by customers outside the assignment for commercial reasons, without written permission from the customer.

3. Delivery times
The regular delivery times and shipping days indicated on the sites are representative of the average delivery times. Under no circumstances can they be the reason for compensation, cancellation of an order or any other form of compensation.

4. Cancel order
Placed orders go into production immediately after payment. Once an order has been paid, it cannot be cancelled

5. Refuse order
B&VMedia BV/Custom Decks reserves the right to refuse and not to take into production images ordered that, in the opinion of B&VMedia BV/Custom Decks, could be experienced as pornographic, discriminatory or otherwise shocking. If, in the opinion of B&VMedia BV/Custom Decks, an ordered image constitutes a very serious violation of this condition, B&VMedia BV/Custom Decks reserves the right to report this to the competent authorities.

6.Discount promotions
Only the highest discount counts. Discounts on discounts are not possible.
(Missed) promotional discounts or codes are not refundable in any way. Promotional codes / promotional discounts are never paid out in cash. If you forget to enter a discount code and you have not yet paid, you can place the order again. If you have already paid, you can receive a code for the missed discount from us that you can use with a subsequent order. (Residual) values of discount vouchers / gift vouchers will not be paid out in any way.

7. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Consumers have the option of using this platform for dispute resolution.
